Can I change or cancel my dinner order?

Same Day Delivery

If you have any questions, would like to change your order or update your delivery details, please contact us at support@galleyfoods.com or call (202) 930-3663. We are always happy to help resolve any issues.

Orders canceled before 1 pm EST on your delivery day will be refunded to your original payment method. Orders canceled after 1 pm EST will be refunded with Galley credits. We do our best to accommodate any meal change requests after 1 pm EST on your delivery day as well.

All orders after 5pm on your delivery day are considered final, so we cannot cancel those, but we are happy to help resolve any issues.

Next Day Delivery

Orders that are canceled before 4:30 pm EST the day before your scheduled delivery will be refunded to your original payment method. We cannot process cancellations for orders that are canceled after 4:30 pm EST the day before your delivery.
