Orders cancelled before 1pm on your delivery day will be refunded to your original payment method. Orders cancelled after 1pm will be refunded to Galley credits. We'll do our best to accommodate any meal change requests after 1pm on your delivery day as well.
All orders after 5pm on your delivery day are considered final, so we cannot cancel those, but we are happy to help resolve any issues.
